Vegan FAIL

Well I didn't last long on my vegan diet. I think I lasted a total of 1 week. I have become used to eating a low carb diet so I really missed eating MEAT. I did have some weight loss but because I hadn't been weighing very often I am unsure if that was related to the diet changes.
